• Creating meaningful and engaging speeches and presentations 
• Understanding the three levels of communication
• Efffectively using stories, anecdotes, examples 
• Appealing to your audience's senses and emotions
• When and how to use PowerPoint or other visual aids 
• Rapport and Engagement - how to switch an audience on and keep them switched on 
• Coping with nerves and stagefright 
• Dealing with the unexpected!  

A day rich in activity and practical learning.
