Level 1 - Fear of Flying
The day will focus on -
- Understanding the nature of performance anxiety
- Looking at how fear of public speaking affects each individual differently
- Learning strategies for reducing stagefright, including breathing exercises, mental preparation and visualisation
- Preparing and practicing simple short presentations in a supportive environment
- Understanding how to engage audiences - basic principles
- Dealing with the unexpected!
This will be a low-stress day in small groups, learning to face and overcome the anxiety of public speaking.
